The Tekneka EVM50 is an environment meter that measures temperature, humidity, air velocity, light, and sound. It features a 2″ LCD screen that displays temperature, light, sound or humidity, and air velocity in a reverse direction. The EVM50 features include data hold, min/max, auto power down, and low battery/over-range indication. It also includes a low friction vane wheel that enhances air velocity accuracy in ft/min, MPH, m/s, km/h, and Knots, as well as a precision thin-film capacitance humidity sensor for quick response. Built-in thermistor for measuring ambient temperature. The Type K input can measure temperatures up to 1300°C (2372°). Precision photo diode and correction filter are used to measure cosine and color-corrected light. Sound Level measurements in the EVM50 meet IEC 61672 class 2 using A frequency weighting and fast response time.
