Orders for in-stock products placed before 4:00 PM GST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Most orders ship on the same day they are placed.

Shipping is carried out from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM GST or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Yes, Anaum Corporation offers free ground shipping on orders over CAD 200. Free shipping offer is valid for shipments to all major cities within Ontario.

To return a product, follow these steps:

• Contact us at 1-905-826-5225 or email support@anaum.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Once you have the RMA number, ship the product back to us.

Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within approximately 21 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
