Shipping Information:
Orders for in-stock products placed from the Anaum Corporation Online Store that are received before 2:00pm EST Monday to Friday (except public holidays) will be shipped within 48 hours via best method for established accounts. Most orders ship on the same day. For out of stock and back ordered items, we will get back with an estimated delivery and the order will be processed accordingly upon confirmation.
Free Ground Shipping in Canada:
Currently, Anaum offers Free Ground Shipping on orders over CAD 99. Free shipping offer is valid for shipments to all major cities within Canada.
Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. Shipments to all other provinces are subjective to volumetric size and weight of the equipment and will be estimated at checkout.
All major carriers, such as UPS, DHL or FedEx determine cost of shipping for Next Day or Second Day deliveries based on volumetric weight. Such calculations are not always straightforward, especially in case of heavy or oversized product, and may result in surcharges not accounted for in shipping cost calculated automatically. Therefore, we reserve the right of reviewing each shipping charge. In case of the real cost being at least 10 percent higher, than one calculated automatically, we will notify clients of additional charges.
We rely on shipping carrier services and accordingly estimate date of delivery, however, there could be delays from the carrier due to various reasons such as and not limited to missed connections, bad weather, workers strike and logistic issues which are beyond our control. However, we are committed to ship the order within the time period mentioned above.
The Company will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of the prohibited countries or sanctioned in accordance with the law of Canada.
How do I return an item? Disclaimer of Warranties and Return Policy
Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less any original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 3 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition. To return products, you must call 1-905-826-5225 or e-mail support@anaum.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
The returned item must be unused and in the same good packaging condition including all the literature and accessories.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee upto 15%.
Refunds are processed within approximately 21 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
