The Hikmicro LC06 handheld thermal monocular camera is equipped with a 160 × 120 infrared detector and a 720 x 540 LCOS display. It supports functions of observation, distance measurement, Wi-Fi hot spot, and so on. The high-sensitivity built-in thermal detector provides you with a clear view even in total darkness. The monocular is mainly applied to scenarios such as patrolling, searching and rescuing, hiking, travel, hunting, etc.

Note: The Monocular lens must not be exposed to Sun directly, read all instructions before use.

The Hikmicro Lynx for bird watching

I have not tested the camera extensively due to just receiving it but used it during the day in the backyard and was able to pick out what birds were in the trees without success while ease. I believe that this thermal camera is the new thing for birders and expect to see a great number sold in the near future, Birders assist the economy greatly.
